The Supervisory Board and colleagues from the Fund sincerely thank Yuliia Holovatiuk-Ungureanu for the work done and wish her further success and inspiration!

Yuliia Holovatiuk-Ungureanu was at the origin of the Fund since its state registration in July 2018.

Due to her unique leadership qualities and active citizenship, Yuliia Holovatiuk-Ungureanu in cooperation with partners and donors (Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, EU Delegation to Ukraine, IFC - International Finance Corporation, German Embassy in Kyiv, UNDP in Ukraine, GIZ in Ukraine) succeeded to create and establish the effective work of the institution in the shortest terms. And this became an unprecedented example comparing to launch of similar institutions in other European countries.

The conditions needed for the stable functioning of the Fund were created from scratch. These are the adoption of the Energodim Energy Supply Modernization Support Program, development of the strategy and necessary procedures and formation of the qualified team.

Within these three years the Fund received almost 750 applications from the HOAs to participate at the Program. The total amount of these projects exceeds UAH 5.9 billion, and the number of participants of the modernization program makes 67,700 of Ukrainian families.

During this period four banks became the partners of the Fund with their general number of branches that exceeds 50% of all bank system of Ukraine. Thus, HOAs can apply the documents for participation at the Program in every second branch of the bank. During this period the foundations for the digitalization of the processes in the Fund were laid. To improve the services for the HOAs the E-cabinet of the participant of the Energodim program was created. And the HOAs can apply documents online.

We want to stress that the Fund will continue to fulfill its commitments undertaken before HOAs and partners, and also will continue the development towards digitalization of the processes, improvement of the Energodim program and the services provided for HOAs and work on changes to the current legislation.
