First Mover Projects

The First Movers Project is undergoing implementation in order to test the procedures of the Fund’s Program. 15 HOAs from all over Ukraine were selected for this project. They differ in terms of the number of co-owners, square meters and subsidy recipients.

During implementation of this project, the step-by-step "Fund client path" will be tested. As aresult, we will improve procedures, ranging from energy audits to direct implementation ofenergy efficiency measures.
